Threadhopping: If it seems appropriate. I'm likely going to be fine with it. But a quick message asking about it wouldn't hurt.
Fourthwalling: No. Not unless it's some sort of crack thread.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Might be best to message me about this as well. Although there are a number of things I will willing do, there's some things I tend to avoid like the plague and the list is too long to put here.
